One piece of board is cut so that it provides a flat bottom, with flaps forming the sides and ends, and extensions of the side flaps meeting to form the top. This box is usually made for super flat items like posters or items with height less than 40mm (4cm). This type of board creates a high wastage due to its long flaps. A better alternative to this model is C07 FTD or C13 FPF (most common) however these models will require height of more than 40mm (4cm) to be practical use.
